Stéphanie Dumoulin started her career in the real estate industry, as a coordinator for a residential project for the LSR Group called “Villas sur Rive” in Ste-Dorothée, Laval www.villassurrive.com where she was the liaison to promoters, builders and sellers.

Stéphanie moved on to work as a rental agent for Le Parc, a 700-unit luxurious apartment complex located in downtown Montreal www.appartementleparc.com.


In 2005, she was hired as a sales representative for Le Roc Fleuri, a prestigious condominium project located in downtown Montreal.  www.lerocfleuri.com  During this endeavor, she successfully sold 40 condominiums ranging from 500,000$ to 2,000,000$.

 

Today, Stéphanie’s efforts are concentrated on the residential real estate markets in Montreal’s downtown core and the neighborhoods of Westmount, Ville St-Laurent, Outremont, Old Montreal ant Cote St-Luc, representing a clientele of buyers and sellers.


For her clientele of sellers, Stéphanie has developed a targeted marketing strategy that maximizes the interest of potential buyers in her clients’ properties.  These strategies can be as simple as low-cost staging of the home or increasing presentation value and the quality of property photos.  She combines targeted local advertising through promotional cards sent to adjacent neighborhoods and larger scale advertising through newspaper ads and the internet.

For her buying clientele, Stéphanie advocates a personal approach.  She is resolute in understanding the needs of her clients and devotes her energy and attention to detail to bring her transactions to fruition, and at the same time insuring the satisfaction of her clientele.

Stéphanie is constantly on the lookout for the latest trends in the Montreal real estate market.  Proven by her track record, she has registered 45 real estate transactions in the last year.
